Hello! My name is Mike López . I was born and raised in Salina Cruz. I have been guiding surf tours locally for over 8 years now. However, I have truly enjoyed my work, not only as surf guide, but also as a rafting guide, lifeguard and photographer. Additionally, I attended a degree in Tourism Administration and to be certified in First Aid and Aquatic Rescue 2019 by Mastermed.
My other interests are traveling, bodyboarding, mountain boarding, snorkeling, fishing and of course, surfing!!!

“I came down to Salina Cruz to meet up with 2 friends mid July for a nice medium swell. But the north wind was super strong so the points were not surfable. Luckily Surf Expeditions our tour operator had a strong local knowledge and we scored good waves with good wind along the coast around Huatulco with access to private breaks and secret spots.
