When making reservations, it is absolutely essential to know the exact dates you want to travel as well as having alternative dates in mind, should your first preferences be fully booked up or sold out. Also, it is absolutely imperative that clients use their legal names identically spelled out as they appear in passport documentation and travel visas. We recommend our guests make sure to check over travel requirements well in advance of trip.

ReservationsAny form of payment or part payment for the charter of Surf Expeditions constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated on this site. Bookings must be made via inquire form of Surf Expeditions, who will be with you immediately answering any of your questions to check availibility of dates. Confirm dates and make a Deposit of 20% per person transferred into the bank account is required to secure the dates of your stay – this is a first in best dressed basis. Final payment is due at the latest 5 days prior to departure date or to arrival but will be in cash and is non-refundable.

Cancellation PolicyDeposits are non-refundable but may be used towards a future trip or exchanged with a friend to take your place.
